As the third generation of his family in the automotive business, Eddie
Jensen knows the value of customer service. "When
a customer comes into our business we want them to get the service they
deserve at a fair price. We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity.
Our service is second to none and we have a "fix it right the first
time" attitude. All of our technicians are ASE
certified (Automotive Service Excellence) and have logged extensive
hours of training to meet the demands of our industry. We will take the
time to discuss our customers' needs in detail to make sure we are providing
a comprehensive service".
Jensen Automotive offers a clean and friendly waiting area with free coffee
and a toy-stocked children's play area (you may even bring in your VHS
tapes for the television we provide). Our free local pickup and delivery
and free loaner cars (automatic and standard) make getting your vehicle
repaired as convenient as possible. Early bird drop-offs are accepted
as well as after hour pickups.
Finally, we follow-up every servicing—no matter
how small, with a phone call to be sure you are satisfied.
